What It Does

Built for How
Collectors Actually Collect.

Flexible Entry

Fill in as much information as you want. Most fields are optional — so you can log a quick add or go deep with full details. Connect to eBay to see what the current asking prices for any figures are, right from the detail view.

Wishlist

Track the figures you're after. Organize by toy line, manufacturer, or keep them ungrouped — however your brain works.

On Order

Track pre-orders from Hasbro Pulse, BigBadToyStore, or any retailer. See what's coming, how much you've committed, and your projected spending by month.

CSV Export

Export your collection details to a CSV file and save it to your device. Your data stays yours.

Bulk Import

Have a big collection? Import entries from a CSV instead of entering them individually.

Blank CSV Template

Starting fresh or entering a big collection? Download the blank import template, fill it in a spreadsheet, and import it into AFI in one shot — no manual entry required. The template includes an AmountPaid column — use it to log what you actually paid for each figure, separate from the estimated value.

↓ Download Template

⚠️ Important — UPC columns and Excel: Whether you're entering new UPC barcodes into the template or opening a CSV export from AFI, format the UPC column as Text in your spreadsheet app before you start editing. Otherwise long numbers get converted to scientific notation (e.g. 8.12345E+11) and won't work correctly when you import back into AFI.

How to Import

New to bulk entry? Here's the fastest path into AFI for a large collection:

  1. Download the blank template above and open it in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets.
  2. Format the UPC column as Text before entering any data.
  3. Fill in your figures. Use the AmountPaid column for what you paid and Price for the current market value. Copy a row down to reuse shared fields like manufacturer and toy line — change the name and figure number per row.
  4. Save as CSV and move the file to your iPhone (AirDrop, iCloud Drive, or email it to yourself).
  5. In AFI, open Settings → Export & Import → Import from CSV and select your file.

ℹ️ About exports: When you export your collection, the file includes every figure in AFI — including figures that aren't assigned to a specific collection. Nothing gets left behind.

Over the past few months, our beta testers put Action Figure Inventory through its paces — cataloging their collections, finding the rough edges, and shaping what shipped. The app is better because of them.

AFI 1.0 is free and built by a collector, for collectors. Questions, ideas, or something you'd love to see next? We want to hear it — collector feedback drives what gets built.
